Day two is a flashback to a my second attempt at finger painting- bluebonnets.
They are the Texas state flower and learning to paint in the spring, while living in Texas, one must try bluebonnets! It is said the flower in named because the shape of the petals resemble bonnets worn by pioneer woman.
This painting is a very loose interpretation but that's what I like about it. They are wildflowers, they float and grow on their own path and their own time just like the strokes on the paper are little scattered.
